Thanks people!

Andy, the build is going well. Mucking around with a Pot still for stripping runs. In the past I was of the "Turbo wash straight into the 50litre BOKA" persuasion.
lately I have read a lot and learnt even more and currently have my first Tomato Paste Wash fermenting in the shed. I intend to do a few of these and hopefully fill my boiler with some low wines(I think that's the correct term??) for a more productive and higher quality distillation run through my BOKA not too far down the track.

I love copper.

Love it.

Stainless is pretty bloody sexy too just quietly... And the two in unison...... Well........ What can I say that you all haven't thunked already??

Keep up the good work, I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

Luke
