Ahoy Mateys

Hi everyone!!

I'm a simple country lad from a little place called Snowtown in the Mid North of S.A.

I realised that every new member on here gets told to put a profile on here and I never have so I thought it was time.

I started with an overpriced airstill and was suitably ridiculed when I first joined...and rightly so. I still use it when I have 2 or 3 litres of random wash laying around.

Then I picked up an $80 copper pot still with a 50L keg boiler. Plugged in Macs weldless elements and off she went.

Now I'm heading into making it worth my time by fermenting more at a time with 200L pickle drums.

The Mrs promised I could get a Mac 4" bubbler for christmas if I let her buy a Thermomix...which she did today.

Who knows what the future holds...

About $500 more than a Mac4. I'll take it out of her haircut budget....or something.
