Hello to all.

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hello to all.

Postby zegarnek » Thu Dec 26, 2013 11:04 am

Hello,

I joined the forum just a couple of days ago. Had a few reads though different sections. I am impressed with the content and I am very happy to find a decent place and a knowledgeable folk to learn from.

I have some knowledge about the subject(s) and I guess my aim should soon be a "Bubbler" - it is pure beauty - but first things first = more than a pot still.

I will update soon my profile.

Regards to all comrades (let me know if you are uncomfortable with that term).

Merry Chritmas and Happy New Year to all of you - although it might sound unnecessary as it seems from the post here that you all take care of yourselves properly.

Distillers of all countries unite!

Thanks for your warm welcome.

Sorry for not responding sooner I did not tick the right boxes in my profile.

I am of Polish origin.

Eventually I hope to make a decent whiskey (something like the single malts). I made already some neutrals - quite good. I made a batch of molasses rum - rather bad batch to be honest - after few months on oak still very harsh.

My next try will be the TPW. For now I am intrigued by the bubbler idea but have difficulties to find here set of hints on how and what - wanted to build one with my own hands.
