Hello from sunny Melbourne

Postby Saskash » Fri Jan 03, 2014 9:30 am

Hi All,

I have been a lurker around here for little while and thought it’s about time i got involved.

Just for a bit of background; i have worked in the food industry for 13 years and 6 of those in beverage manufacture (alcohol & non- alcoholic) as a Food Technologist. My passion and interests have lead me to here, which i feel is the next chapter in my professional and private life.

I am in the market for a still and can’t wait to start developing my own recipes! So please don’t get sick of me asking a million questions!

Can’t wait to meet everyone here as i have seen/read nothing but great information from a great bunch of peeps.

Cheers,

Thanks for the warm welcome fellas, looking forward to sharing info/ideas. Please feel free to ask me anything in regards to commercial beverage process and formulation/function of ingredients, I will do my best to help.

Will start posting in the right area to get some advice on fermenter and still options.
