Next time, try watering down your spirit to 40% and rerunning it through the still... You'll end up with a cleaner product.

Hi greatwhite :handgestures-thumbupleft: have a good read of the include link. You have already read this but good cuts are essential to great quality drop. What zac is suggesting is to do multiple stripping runs with your air still and build up a stock of 60-70%. Remember to pull the first 50-100ml from each run and discard. Now once you have collected multiple runs dilute the whole amount to 40%. Now decant 4lt amounts to your air still and run.

I would probably discard the first 50ml and then collect in 100ml lots to determine my cuts and fractions as the air still is so small if you would collect in 300ml lots you would get a lot of smearing of fractions. Now let air for 24hr or over night. Then begin you cuts and only keep the good stuff. The rest can go into a large jar to be used later

You may now use the carbon filter if you wish to clean up your product as you have a air still you won't be pulling a 95% neutral frre from flavors. Just a bit of trial and error :handgestures-thumbupleft: hope this helps mate and keep reading and asking questions :D
