Hello everyone, I'm new to distilling, have a small vineyard of around 500 plants. My wife and I make some wine and I hope make some brandy or grappa next season.
Home distilling is tolerated here but I don't think it's legal but air stills and the t 500 are openly sold in the wine making stores.
hope to learn a lot here. Jim

Welcome bud. Youll be happy you came here and in no time you will have your own still or build on the way. If you are going for brandy or grappa I wouldnt go for a t500. A good bubbler will do the trick. Oh hows the weather ehhhh :D
