Howdy folks, Grainfed just popping in to say hello :teasing-tease: , i live toward yanshep, and brew using a 300L fermentor, 50L keg elec, and a copper pot still with thumpbox, i'm a grain guy personally, but like to play with sugar rushes also if i feel like some flavouring fun, some runs i have tried with success in the past are....corn,barley,wheat, and oat, i have used amylase and sugar in the past but would like to start trying some brews without adding as much sugar to maximise flavour, my next feat will be making single grain spirits with particular focus on flavour and mixing afterward tolearn flavour profiles, anyhoo enough yarning :teasing-neener: takecare yall.

thanks guys, most of what i have learnt and experienced thus far has been un-documented to say the least, i'll need to write down some more and document as i go i think this time around, my camera plain shat itself, so it'll be a while before i can show yall my rig (i tend not to take pictures of my still)for some reason it just don't sit right having something on sd or pc call me old fashioned, guess i'm a sit and chat whilst running the mash kinda guy more than a snapshot kinda guy :scared-eek: ,
