I've only made neutrals a few times so far, just a newbie by anyone’s standards.
I'm all about brandy these days. I had a great one a while back. I want to be able to make a good one myself one day.

I found a traditional recipe for grains on the forum here, so I hope to give grains a try one day soon. I'm self taught on everything from reading it, then doing it myself. It’s slow going but I'm enjoying the reading and learning about the hobby immensely.
