Hi from SA

Postby SimonBrew » Tue Feb 18, 2014 4:44 pm

Have been a fan of this website for a while now, I live in SA wanted to say hello been brewing a couple of years I have a T500 and been making TPW washes loving my hobby.

So hello everyone say hi.

Quick question too I have a 2 TPW washes in she'd been there for 5 months because of my wife having a baby it took the back burner as things had been crazy busy I opened the wash today and still smells really good and looks good I had racked them after they finished at the 4 week mark.

Should they be ok to cook off?

Again hi everyone glad to join and nice to make contact with others :-)

Welcome mate!

Not only are they good to go, it'll probably be some of the cleanest spirit you've ever made...

Good to see another South Aussie here :)

I have run 6 month old TPW but it was airlocked the whole time and it has been the best so far.

Thanks MacStill being a fan of your fourm for a couple of years now thank to you forums I have perfected my TPW washes after I made my fist couple at home with the "Turbos" my wife said your not making that again it stinks I don't want it in this house.

So spent many hours here compiling everyone's experiences and perfected it and I love it very happy :-)

1st 700ml collected so clean. :-)

I'll have to post my recipe for my TPW wash as mine is close to the others but with a little difference that really clears it before the run.
