Been lurking round these parts for a while now. Truth be told, been lurking around a few of the different forums, buuuut I like this one the best. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Just starting out. I've built a 20lt pot with thumper sort of overly complicated still and am having a great time so far with this hobby. I love the building side.
Thanks to everyone who contributes giving info and insparation.

At the moment I'm just trying some simple sugar washes to start out. I love Rum and Whiskey so I've tried a brown sugar rum and also a Weetbix sugar wash.
Stripped a couple of the weetbix washes and I'm waiting on the 3rd one to ferment out.
I've done one spirit run with the brown sugar but thinking I really need to source some actual molasses. Going to try a MacRum next, it looks like a easy recipe. :)
