Gday from Tropical NQ

Hey Guys,

Long time beer brewer and cheap HBS still operator signing in.

Been brewing beer (kits and AG) for many many many years and recently doing spirits, first on a cheap 5L pot still, then a 25L stainless CM still, Now im building myself a "proper" 2" copper boka, with plans to upgrade to VM down the track. Also plan on building a pot still head with leftovers from the build. Got all the gear ready or on-order.

Anyway if anyone else is up Townsville way, let me know. Could always use some input.

I will eventually make a cut under the plates and put in a tee for a vm. I haven't even started the LM build yet though.

Sure is mate ;)

Ill just start out with some neutrals to start with, as im planning a LM build, But shortly after thats done, I think ill have enough leftovers to make a pot for stripping runs and to do my brown spirits.

I prefer whiskey but wouldn't mind making some real rum first off, seems a bit easier.
