Hello all from Sassman. I am not a newby stiller as I have been a t it now for over 12 years. I run a 50l sankey keg with a 2200w stainless element and a Keggomax CM reflux still head all stainless. I use a tomato paste and 40kg sugar in 200l wash. I am always interested in learning and sharing with others who share my love of this craft. I am currently my skills and trying to learn to blend and oak spirit... any advice is always welcome... cheers.. ;)

:text-+1: welcome mate :handgestures-thumbupleft: sounds like you need to build you self a pot still if you are interested oaking. You've got the knowledge and most 8f the equipment so a pot wont be that hard and then you will have a good drop to oak :handgestures-thumbupleft:
