hi all,
Guess im a bit of a lurker. Not much of a poster, more a reader.
Been stilling for about 6 years. First few years making just horrible neutral. These days i care about flavour a wee bit more. Dabble in a bit of beer also (biab and kits). Currently have a couple rums on and a mock whiskey type wash. Plan on getting into all grain soon.

thanks guys. Sorry no pics yet, im about the only person still rocking around with a nokia....refuse to buy a smartphone haha so no camera. The whisky wash was realy just what i had lying aroung...think it was 1.5ish kg sugar, nearly a kg raw sugar...the grains were prob about 40% cracked corn, 30% cracked wheat ond the other 30% were 2 diff kinds of malt, think joe white amber and joe white cara from memory. Did quick boil of corn the added other grains at about 68C then left for an hour to try get some convertion. Nothing too technical. Was poured on some old ale yeast from a beer i did.
