Hi, just like to thank you all for such an excellent, well collated distilling reference. I have been reading everything I can find for the last month, before I put down my first washes next weekend. Just gotta find someplace to buy cracked corn in Melbs...

equipment: Copper pot still and a keggomatic reflux in their own lids that go on a 30L boiler. Nice copper parrot. Carbon filtration system. 2 fermenters with heating and circulation. Small glass still for botanical extraction. Water recycling system.
