G'day People,

Living in Campbeltown NSW, having been brewing beer for over 15 yrs now.
Just lately , my brew shop introduced me to Distilling .Went out & brought secondhand
Air Still to give it a go & with all intentions to shortly upgrade Still if all goes ok :)
Currently , have two 25 l mash's down & found this forum of great knowledge
for a noob like myself to lean & meet new people .

Interesting handle there SB. Similar to a bloke we used to call Windtunnell. Lispy bastard he was too. You don't have a lithp do ya mate?
