And yet another from SA.

Say Hi and introduce yourself

And yet another from SA.

Hi guys, yep another South Aussie started out in the distilling of "essential oils". Have done the "Coopers Brew Kit" thing a few years back but not being a big beer drinker, didn't get into it for to long. Been toying with the idea of distilling for a while now but have only just had the spare finances to get into it. Bought an air still as funds and space is limited and not being a big drinker, thought this may be the way to go. Didn't get much info with the kit on all the finer points of using it so first batch looked great but had a weird taste. That's when I came across this forum and started to do some browsing, missed a few steps it seems which weren't explained in the kit. Hopefully the second batch will be better.

Anyways my work takes me to all points around the country as I work as a HSE manager for an Exploration Drilling company. My hobbies include; quad bike racing, camping, fishing, canoeing and tinkering in the shed. Well that's about it for now, otherwise it'll just become :teasing-blah: :teasing-blah: :teasing-blah: :teasing-blah: :teasing-blah:
