Hello,
Hamish is my name from Christchurch, been brewing spirits in an essencia still for four years, and brewing beer on and off for a long time,
I have a BIAB beer rig so well set up for doing mash's for whiskeys so thought best I get off my arse and make it happen so going to build a bigger still and have a crack at some whiskey's and see how it goes,
Looking forward to getting more into the spirit scene and learning some new tricks
