Hi 1 2many,

I enjoy a nice scotch and/or bourbon. I am not a big rum fan.

Everyone says that because of Bundy, I'll guarantee you'll swing across to the dark side once you try one of our recipes here, as many die hard bourbon drinkers before you have ;-)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys,

I have just finished my first run today and everything went like clockwork! Only after hours of reading all the info here mind you. I was prepared and organised and had a pretty good idea of what to expect.

I ran a 25Lt TPW nice and slow 4:30 total running time with a total yield of 225ml of fores and approx 2.5Lt of heads, hearts & tails. I will be airing them tonight with a harsh cutting session tomorrow afternoon.
