Hey all, pretty new to all of this, gaining knowledge slowly with a good friend ;-) got a bit of a chemistry background so I kinda double enjoy the whole thing

All depends :-) I'm a true friend of well aged rum but love Bourbon too, unfortunately haven't produced any scotch yet but I see it in the near future :-)
