Hello all,
I've just brought a turbo 500 still, first wash is fermenting. Using the starter kit to learn how to do it. I'm not expecting much from the first one but from what I've been reading on here I'm going to learn a heap from your guys.
I'm from perth and love my bourbon so I'm hoping to turn out a few nice batches.
I've only looked at a few posts on here and can see everyone is will to help and share info.
Cheers Cameron 8-)

Welcome to the forum. Best place to start is changing to a tpw (tomato paste wash). Much better than the turbo stuff. You'll learn a lot here fast. Know i have.

Hey, first post, exactly the same situation as you first wash for T500 fermenting away. Wish I found this site first but can't wait to learn all the ropes.

Cheers, Levi
