Gday all.

I am very new to this all and haven't started distilling yet. I have read heaps about it and am keen to start accumulating equipment so I can start. I have brewed heaps of beer but love single malts so thought it was time to take the plunge and start distilling!

I am sure I will post more questions as I get going and I look forward to sharing it all here.

So far the info on here is great and has come in very handy

Cheers
