Hello from Christchurch, NZ

Hi everyone,

I've been fermenting tomato paste washes for the past 5 years, and distilling them with my Still Spirits Super Reflux still, which I have packed with brass scrubbers to get 91%ABV hearts every time. I recently upgraded to a "proper" reflux still, which I will start a thread about in a more appropriate forum. I've learned a lot about fermenting and distilling during that time, and I'm always keen to learn more.

Cheers,

They're Essencia condenser packing scrubbers from the local brew shop. I've been wondering about lead, which is why I started another thread about it in one of the distilling subforums.
