Hi From Melbourne

Postby kai_h » Fri Jun 27, 2014 8:18 pm

Hi everyone from sunny (ha!) Melbourne.
Seeing what useful information I can pick up here - I've never been that interested in homebrew beer, but home distillation takes it to the next level.

I'm a relatively recent convert to single malts, but have always enjoyed clear spirits. I'm so impressed with almost everything I've tasted so far coming from the smaller Aussie distilleries that it's time I stepped up and had a crack.

Welcome kai_h :text-welcomeconfetti:

Did you borrow your name from the "Lexx" TV series by chance? (The dead assassin)

Cheers,

Mech.
