Hi all!

Say Hi and introduce yourself

Hi all!

G'day
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.
I have been distilling since 2009 and was an avid user of the American home distiller site. Didn't know this one was around back then!
I have been using turbo's mostly but tried uncle Jessie's sour mash once and was really impressed.
After reading this site i put a TPW strait on and it's burbling quite well as i type...
Im using a home built reflux still with a stainless beer keg and gas burner which produces quite well. Also built a pot still but it got damaged in a move so looking at building another down the track...
Looking forward to future distilling and this great site.
Cheers. :text-thankyoublue:
