hi all . thought I better say gday been doing a little distilling with small pot still from pressure cooker till seal buggered on it in process of building another using a keg glad found this forum lots of usefull advice .

not far haha just acquired keg not sure yet whether make another pot still or try making a reflux . was using tpw before then carbon filtering then topshelf classic qld rum flavour for a ok rum with old pot still but guess a reflux do a better job ?

Why not use a pot still to make real rum from molasses?
