Hi all, from Newcastle

Hi all, just popping in to say Hi.
I am a science teacher who has a keen interest in making pretty much anything. I dabbler in home brew using kits (and grains - when I can get an urn) and I am hoping to take the next step into spirits after trying my hand at it using next doors still.
I've done a fair bit of reading and have many more questions to ask as I go.
Look forward to talking to you soon

Welcome mate. You've come to the right place, and your brewing experience will come in handy.

What do you drink/want to make? This will determine what still you need :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Thanks guys,
I'm just into making pure using simple tried and proven methods (I look forward to doing the TPW).
My experience so far was with a turbo yeast, no cuts and minimal filtering... Needless to say, I'm looking forward to making good quality stuff :)
