Hi all, just in the reading and learning stage. Will buy a still from 5 star soon. Looking at the mac4 ssg for Rum mainly. In the middle of moving east so won't be set up till move is complete. So plenty of time to lurk and learn. I had the pleasure of visiting mac still and was quite impressed with the quality of modular still he sells. Looking forward to a fun and rewarding hobby.
