greeting from the south side Q

ok found this site while checking out cider recipes ,not really new to the stilling side of things was into it about 15 years ago but found being pretty young found the drinking way to much fn so sold up now after thinking things through im having another go maybe a little older and wiser if not maturer lol anyway bought a 25 ltr reflux still, second hand but ok got a 1000ltr water tank and a water pump and have just started my first wash :D
