Gday everyone.......
Ive been stilling for about 6 or 7 years off and on with a 5l Still Spirits reflux still and have just upgraded to a 25l Pure Still.
Ive only been doing it straight out of the book using all the gear like turbo yeast and dextrose from brewing shops but might start getting a bit more serious and experimental so thought joining this forum might be a good way to learn a bit.
Im a boilermaker welder by trade and currently work as an operator driving graders and backhoes etc. My main hobbies are fishing, archery and 4wding.........

So
CHEERS......

What type of drinks do you like? are you after whiskys, rums or going for the vodka neutral type?

Being skilled in the welding trade will give you a massive advantage if you want to build... lets say umm a bubbler :D
