Newbie from Brissie

Hi all, just a quick hello and introduction.
Borrowed my old mans T500 prior to Xmas and ran a single hbs wash.. Its all my dad would do as well.

After thinking "there has got to be a better way" I found this site and threw down 100ltrs of tpw.
Its like apples to oranges.. My second run of my stilling career came out amazing with boubons aged for a couple of weeks on oakand tasting great (unlike that crap has petrol) it sparked a bit of an obssesion I think.

I'll be handing the still back in a few weeks however I have plans of building a boka to run as a reflux/pot still and crank out some whiskeys that I can truly be proud of.

On that note my first obstacle has become whether or not go go 2.5inch or 3 and locating a pipe long enough :)

I know right, already considering interchangable heads on the column with removable packing. clamp on a liebig or a boka head depending on the use. copper scrubbers for the boka packing inserted with a thin piece of copper rod to keep it all together and make removal easier.

my copper needs have just increased i believe :D but i think the liebig is the first i need to put together for whiskeys ect
