Newbie from NE Melbourne

Postby stevefzr » Sun Jan 25, 2015 2:18 pm

Hi Folks,

I've been looking around for info on distilling for a couple of years and hadn't had much success. A friend pointed me to this site yesterday and it looks like everything I need is here. My eventual aim is to make Islay style scotch using peat smoked malt. I have a friend who is a very good beer maker who I'll get to make the mash for me.

Regards,

Steve
