Well its been a long time overdue i must say as i have been a member for 12 months now and haven't even introduced myself.
As my username implies im hooked on making spirits and have been interested in making the finer things ever since i started making beer over 20 yrs ago lol.
Gone on to bigger and better things now and thanks to this site have dramatically improved my moonshine thats for sure,

equipment: 4 inch Modular pot still ( 5 STAR ) with 600mm x 2 inch copper shotgun condensor.
50L keg with 4 plate column still (4 inch)
