I am David from the UK, and about to start on the distilling journey, have got a pot still and looking to make good rums and fruit brandys with a view to getting into gin and neutrals later with a reflux still.
Although on the other side of the world, this site looks to be great for content and friendly advice, looking forward to posting on my further adventures.

- equipment: 4 plate 6" copper bubbler, 6 plate 4" glass bubbler with 500mm packed section three way thumper sitting on a 50 ltr keg boiler with 6000watts, 2" pot still and a 2" boka.
