Hello from Newcastle

I am a newbie distiller based in Newcastle, my name is Ben and I am just trying to create a signature spirit to put to my name. I have a turbo 500 and have made around 50L of 93.5% using TPW! SO SIMPLE! I am hoping to learn how to use the T500 to create a spiced rum but keeping it as simple as the process involved with the TPW process. Good times. Anyway, hope to get to know you all better :violin:
