AD searchHello everyone just wanted to introduce myself and make myself familiar with this forum. im located in adelaide and just purchased a t500 boiler with the alembic condensor. I am totally new to the whole spirits distilling but its something i think could be very rewarding. i did try brewing beer a few times and had one good result but the rest was a fail. I just put my first rum wash on as that is what i mainly drink but dont mind a good whiskey.
Thanks for having me here and i look forward to reading the discussions and learning more about distilling.
