AD searchHi all - Just introducing myself...
I've been messing with brewing and distilling since I was a kid (literally) which unfortunately was many years ago
Over the past fifteen years or so I've moved from pot stills to a bubble plate rig and largely restrict myself to rum and whisky (all grain) with an occasional foray into vodka and liqueurs
I hope I can add a useful comment or two to this forum :handgestures-thumbupleft:
