equipment: Portable A.G brewery ,#001 5 STAR blockhead 4" Modular 4 plate SSG with,6"inline thumper, 2.5" 9 tube shotgun, packed section, Boiler 50 ltr inverted keg 4"still mount, 2.4 Kw FSD elements 1"drain.

Cheers 1 2many ive been looking through some of the stuff on here full of VERY interesting info hopefully things can progress from the ol t500 to something more sophisticated

What type of drink do you like? that will determine the type of still required.

Bourbon and some liqueurs I have a fair idea of the still I want just trying to perfect the strip spirit runs and cuts I know the copper t500 I have isn't the best for quality but for learning I think it's ok it's just a shame that there is no info on the above mentioned topics when you purchase it just get 4ltrs @ 93% cut it back to around 40% and use our great essences and it the best home made spirits on the market but now it's back to square 1 and learn it all over again :doh:
