Stainless camlocks can be had from here

http://www.brewershardware.com/cam_and_groove_fittings/ (these ones are snaplock branded and while they'll form a seal with my T&S ones you need a bit of force to engage)

and here

http://www.brewhardware.com/ss-fittings ... isconnects (I haven't ordered them from here, but did get a sight gauge which is pretty cool)

Given the price it's worth ordering extras, I find that I'm constantly reconfiguring, for future brewery additions so they'll marry up

Cheers

Mrs Mac can also supply them as she nicely PM me at a competitive Aussie supply price

i am now maybe thinking of making a one pot system "brau-miser" based on braumeister and that would avoid a lot of plumbing and keep the brewery smaller..
a few other beer guys have made there own but then i am limited to 25L batches where if i go a 3 vessel system i could do 40L (2 kegs) batches (and have to do the plumbing..)
