Gin herbs, Bakers Yeast, Citric Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate

I was purchasing a heap of spices for Gin and ended up buying a whole heap of items from this eBay dealer.

http://myworld.ebay.com.au/rosa_herbs_spices

1KG of bakers yeast, - Saccharomyces Cerevisiae $15.50 (also sells 2.8kg and smaller)
1KG Citric Acid, $6.00 !
1KG bicarb = $7 , $30for 10KG!

I just read this under the bread improver.

Ingredients: Soya Flour, Mineral(170), Emulsifiers(472, e481), Inactive dry yeast, Flour treatment agent(300) and enzymes(amalase)

hmm, could be an experiment coming up......

Most impotantly,

1) Postage was combined and charged AT COST $6.00 for me!
2) Quick!
3) Extreamly good communication

Very happy buyer here.
