Measuring Cylinders

Postby cuz » Sun May 05, 2013 7:19 am

Hi guys,

I've looked around a bit and apart from online (ebay & labdirect) I cannot seem to find a store where I can walk in and buy a Measuring Cylinder.
I am in Altona north, Vic but get around Melbourne due to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks
cuz

:text-+1: Yep, I got a good borosilicate (Pyrex) glass 250ml graduated cylinder from Keg King for $9.95. It's really good, I'm going to get a few more :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Hehe... I learned the hard way mate! Dropped it into a litre bottle and then couldn't get the little fugger out!! :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead:

Have tied a piece of cotton to it now, for easier retrieval :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft:

K...when your tipping it out of the measuring cylinder just place your finger near the rim to stop it from falling on the floor, and you already learnt the other lesson...lol

Good call Jay!

Lesson 3; don't put it so that it can roll off the bench. Ka-tink. :laughing-rolling:
If you got some room underneath, give it a blip down with your finger and catch it on the up-stroke.
