I should of mentioned that was for blackstrap, and was roughly $1 a litre or a bit less (I think $17 for 20L at a guess).

Also, you take your own container and they fill it out of an IIBC or drum or whatever. But Linny did mention about the 3L bottles there at one stage, not sure if that's still going.

Sorry for being vague, I've never actually bought it there myself, just going off second hand story time.

I spoke to CRT at Raymond Terrace and will be dropping in tomorrow on my way past, they sell 20L for $23.50 and it is not necessary to take your own container - they have them pre filled ready to go.

Thanks for putting onto these guys Brendan.

Norco rural store has Mollases again. Only got 1000liters off the truck last week but they said they will be getting around 25 tons of it next week. :scared-eek: .

60 cents per litre for over 200 litres.
$1.00 per litre for under 200 litres.

And the guys said if you come in with a milk bottle you can fuck off :laughing-rolling:

I rang one of the produce stores in coffs today, since i'll be travelling past tomorrow and thought i'd get some if it was cheap. they said they charge $1.10 a litre but will not sell to me as they only have a few hundred litres left and will be saving that for their "regulars".

Gotta love country folk, most people would just sell it to all and sundry and make a quick buck, these guys want to look after their regulars and I told old mate I respected that.

Nah...they want buckets .The 20 litre Bunnings specials with a lid style .

The spout on the cube pours out a 2" ball valve ...might even be 3", but you get the idea about filling small bottles

and molasses is such filthy shit to work with, I'm surprised they don't charge us shiners 5 bucks a litre just so we don't come back.
