For those of you having problems I have made this book available here on our site.
Go to Whiskey Book
It is 4mb in size so those of you on slow connections may need to wait a little while for it to load up.
Thanks maheel

I agree with Frank, Maheel, it is a pearler of a book.
The hardest part was it was like walking home drunk, two steps forward one step backwards. If I read too late into the night I would forget what I read and have to re-read the last couple of pages to refresh :laughing-rolling:
I had the wifey go to office works to print and bind it for about $15 bucks I think she told me (much easier than staring at a computer screen IMO)
When I work out how I will post "The alaskan bootleggers bible" very interesting read also.

I have uploaded some of my PDF books to MediaFire for your enjoyment. As I am currently tethered through my mobile, the size and amount of books will be limited for the time being. When I get hold of a DSL connection, I will upload more as I have quite a few. The file names pretty much sums up the contents of these files. I will edit this post as more files are added, just my donation for some of the info I will receive.

Here is a text file containing information about the different boiling points of a couple of liquids including alcohol and methanol. I have uploaded this to share mainly for the beginners, its not a comprehensive list, it just gives a bit of information that may help some people. I will convert the information here to PDF when I get a chance.

Also for those that take their fermenting a bit more seriously, probably not many of you, but some may find this useful. Its a PDF document you can print, fill it out and keep a record of your different fermenting techniques.

I have spent literally most of the night compiling a heap of information, and converting it into a PDF file for you to download and save to your computer, so I hope its worth the effort. I think I may have already uploaded this information, but I started from scratch and formatted it properly with pictures. It gives plenty of information for taking cuts using a Pot Still, but I assume some or all of the information will be useful for some of you in some way or another. If you have any problems opening or reading it, please let me know, it was created to work with Adobe Acrobat 6.0 and above.

Edit: I forgot to add, credit for this information goes to Kiwistiller, I just compiled it all, cleaned it up and converted it to PDF for people to be able to read it off-line.

Here is some more information I have spent quite a bit of time compiling and converting to a PDF file for you to download to your computer. It runs through all the different sugars, and how well they do or don't work for fermenting sugar into alcohol. It also provides information about their different properties for taste and sweetness.
