Hops suggestion needed

Postby bt1 » Mon Sep 16, 2013 6:17 am

Hello all,

Gone back to extracts cos I can't be F'd with AG mashing any longer. Using Coopers Euro Lager. Any one have a nice soft euro style hops suggestion for this beer?

Kinda thinking Galaxy, Helga and ???? a Saaz clone done as a boil then added.

Would love to start working flavour toward this Vale lgr as a guide

This site gives me ideas sometimes. Beer drinkers like to talk about beer to anyone that will listen. :teasing-blah:

Yes i do remember the amazing aroma when the hops have just been put in, and for me it is one of the best things about brewing all grain beer. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Can't go wrong with the noble hops when doing a Eurolager.
