Pilsener suggestions

Postby bt1 » Fri Sep 27, 2013 8:00 am

Hello all,

Euro lager & aussie biter down in the kegs and carbonated...ready for the looooooooong weekend.

So how to liven up a Brew series Thomas Cooper Pilsener... Got the hops sorted...although a US Citra or NZ Helga could be late starters fresh grain partial perhaps?

suggestions welcome.

I wouldn't add steeped grain for a lager or a pilsner...I like my lagers and pilsners light and crisp so I'd avoid the extra body from grain here.

Just me perhaps, but I'd save that for stout or ale kits to give them a lift.
