A "Dark" weekend

Fully fermented out and to be kegged this long weekend...

An Irish stout
A coopers stout
A long termer AG Russian Imperial stout
Coopers dark ale
A AG black wheat

Oops and 180lt Of Irish to run through the glass beasty still... should just about fill a couple of days :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Sounds awesome mate, I'm looking at putting down about 5 different washes this weekend to be ready by the long weekend next month

I did an RIS with some oak in the secondary. One of the best/most interesting beers I've ever made.
Took 2 years to combine all the flavours though.

Tips,

Yeh not looking to drink any time soon for the Russian ...Winter 2015 at earliest I guess... in bottles for this beast. I've read/heard year 4 is prime...dam it's like making spirits really.

Hey all,

The Cooper's Dark Ale is a seriously nice drop. Not pimped up just a stock can & kilo. Thinner than a Cooper's Pale ale but some good balanced tastes and mouth feel about it.

If your looking for a early winter drop with a bit more flavour well recommend this one and bloody cheap as it's in the original can series...
