Been playing with the tried and tested Pilsner and lager recipes of late and stumbled on a cracker. Just a caramalt grain sub'd for 600gm of BB pale pilsner and addition of more dry hopping...cracker

Btw if you haven't tried the new bestmalz Redx grain and looking for a deep/bright red lager ale well worth a few trys for 2kg used at about 10% of grain bill weight(not pictured)
