Easy on the stove recipe:

What you will need:

3 cups of water
3.5 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup of coffee ( any jar coffee will do)
1/4 cup of vanilla essence
1ltr 40% neutral spirit

Method:

Mix water, sugar & coffee in saucepan and bring to a slow boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Simmer for approximately 1 hour
Take off heat and let cool to room temp.
Once at room temp add vanilla essence and spirit.
Mix well and then bottle
Makes approximately 2ltrs.

Can be enjoyed straight away or left longer if so desired.

Cheers
Suzi
