BBQ

Postby chrus86 » Wed Nov 15, 2017 12:13 pm

Have noticed that quite a few people on here are also into BBQ. Everyone has been so helpful with my questions regarding distilling I thought I would try and return the favour with BBQ knowledge.
I am cooking this weekend and next weekend so I will post photos and basic tips or I will happily answer any questions people may have!

Looks amazing how do you store that much vac seal and freeze or do you do group bulk cooks for you and friends?

That was for an event we catered, close to 200kg of meat. BBQ regenerates really well if you do vac seal and bring back up slowly, I use leftovers for pizza's or making pies.

Mate That's a thing of beauty!

I've been wanting to get one, not to fit a whole pig in though. Missus was going to get me a charcoal bbq for Xmas until we decided to buy another house.

This weekend is just for fun and family. Cooking ribs tomorrow for a video, deep frying an entire turkey for thanksgiving Saturday (will post a video of that for you guys!) and Sunday is brisket, pulled pork and homemade sausages for family get together. Next weekend is the Australian Invitational BBQ Comp in Sydney.
