Easy roast chook cooked on the WSM

THis is the easy way of getting one of the best tasting roast chooks
Buy a marinated and stuffed chook from Safeway  (carnt get much easier than that)
If you have a WSM,remove the water bowl and cook on top shelf so juices drop down on hot coals. The flavor from this is great  and gives a nice smoked crispy skin. They cook in 1 to 1.5 hours depending on size of chook.
Every one we have cooked these for rave over them ;)
