Ham and Chicken Rolls

Flatten out the chicken fillet till you can see through it, helps to slice it thin first.

Make a mix of a teaspoon of salt, crush a garlic clove into it with a fork and add 1/4 tsp of five spice and 1/4 tsp of ground pepper.

Sprinkle a tiny bit across the fillet before bashing thin, i find it easier to just pick some up on the sticky end of the mallet.

Lay a slice of shaved ham over small pieces the size of your hand (works good with bashed green prawns mmmmm) and wrap. Roll in flour and wrap in spring roll wrappers, dip in flour, beaten egg and milk and deep fry.

Serve with chilli crab sauce or with a simple sweet and sour.
